呼吸湿化治疗仪在气管插管患者脱机后的应用及对痰痂形成率影响分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:分析呼吸湿化治疗仪在气管插管患者脱机后的应用及对痰痂形成率影响。方法:纳入2018年2月~2019年2月本院收治的56例气管插管患者作为研究对象,借助双盲随机抽样法分为对照、观察组,每组纳入病例28例,对照组给予常规人工吸氧治疗,观察组给予呼吸湿化治疗仪治疗,对比2组的湿化效果、痰痂形成率、血氧情况。结果:观察组与对照组相比血氧情况改善显著,P<0.05;观察组的湿化效果96.42%较对照组75.00%显著提升;观察组3.57%与对照组21.42%相比痰痂形成率降低;P<0.05。结论:针对气管插管患者应用呼吸湿化治疗仪治疗优势显著,可在湿化效果的情况下对患者的血氧情况进行及时改善,且痰痂形成率相对较低。 Objective:To analyze the application of breath-humidification therapy in patients with endotracheal intubation after off-line and its influence on the formation rate of sputum scab.Methods:In February 2018 to February 2019 in our hospital were 56 cases of patients with tracheal intubation as the research object,with the help of a double-blind,randomized sampling method is divided into controlled,the observation group,each group included in 28 cases,control group given conventional artificial oxygen treatment,the observation group was given the breath of wetting therapeutic treatment,compared two groups of wetting effect,sputum scab formation rate,blood oxygen.Results:Compared with the control group,the blood oxygen in the observation group was significantly improved(P<0.05).The humidification effect of the observation group was 96.42%significantly higher than that of the control group,75.00%;Compared with the control group,the formation rate of sputum scab in the observation group was decreased by 3.57%and 21.42%.(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with endotracheal intubation,the application of breath-dampness therapy instrument has significant advantages,which can timely improve the patient’s blood oxygen condition under the condition of humidification effect,and the formation rate of sputum callus is relatively low.
