16排螺旋CT在诊断腰椎间盘突出症中的应用价值

The Application Value of 16-Slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨16排螺旋CT在诊断腰椎间盘突出症中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月~2018年3月本院诊治的腰椎间盘突出症患者80例临床资料,所有患者均进行16排螺旋CT扫描,并对其在腰椎间盘突出症中的影像学特征进行分析。结果:以手术结果为标准,80例腰椎间盘突出症患者中16排螺旋CT检出硬膜囊受压22.58%(14/62)、椎间盘积气98.27%(57/58)、钙化89.65%(52/56)、脊髓变形30.00%(15/50)、椎间盘变性31.71%(13/41)、神经根压迫75.00%(30/40)。结论:将16排螺旋CT用于诊断腰椎间盘突出症,可进行有效的病情诊断,明确疾病发生原因,为治疗方案的确定提供依据。

Objective:To explore the application value of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent 16-slice spiral CT scan and their imaging characteristics in lumbar disc herniation were analyzed.Results:Based on the surgical results,16 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were detected by 16-row spiral CT.The pressure of the dura sac was 22.58%(14/62),the gas of the disc was 98.27%(57/58),and the calcification was 89.65%(52/56),spinal cord deformation 30.00%(15/50),disc degeneration 31.71%(13/41),nerve root compression 75.00%(30/40).Conclusion:The use of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation can effectively diagnose the disease,clarify the cause of the disease,and provide a basis for the determination of treatment options.
