电针联合梅花针治疗周围性面瘫的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis with Electroacupuncture and Plum Blossom Needle

目的:探讨电针联合梅花针治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将82例周围性面瘫患者随机分为两组各41例,对照组接受常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采取电针联合梅花针治疗。比较两组治疗后健侧各肌群的均方根(RMS)平均值的比值,判断临床疗效。结果:研究组颊肌群RMS平均值的比值为(0.45±0.19),额肌群的比值为(0.39±0.13),鼻肌群的比值为(0.42±0.08),口轮匝肌群的比值为(0.45±0.07),对照组分别为(0.33±0.08)、(0.30±0.06)、(0.32±0.07)、(0.35±0.05),两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。研究组有效率为92.7%,对照组有效率为80.5%,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:周围性面瘫采用电针联合梅花针具有满意的效果,临床应用价值高。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with plum blossom acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:82 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the study group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with plum blossom acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Compare the ratio of the root mean square(RMS)average value of each muscle group on the healthy side of the two groups after treatment to judge the clinical efficacy.Results:The ratio of the average RMS of the buccal muscle group in the study group was(0.45±0.19),the ratio of the frontal muscle group was(0.39±0.13),the ratio of the nasal muscle group was(0.42±0.08),and the ratio of the orbicularis muscle group was(0.42±0.08).It was(0.45±0.07),and the control group was(0.33±0.08),(0.30±0.06),(0.32±0.07),(0.35±0.05),there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The effective rate in the study group was 92.7%,and the effective rate in the control group was 80.5%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with plum-blossom acupuncture for peripheral facial paralysis has satisfactory results and high clinical application value.
