品管圈活动在降低手术室器械运转效率风险中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过对手术室器械运转效率风险进行研究,在进行品管圈应用的过程中进行效果探究。方法:择取60例手术器械运转不完善的作为本次研究的对照组,时间在2017年1月~2017年12月。2018年1月成立品管圈活动小组。则取另外60例运用品管圈活动后三、四级准备不完善的作为本次观察组,应用品管圈活动管理,时间在2018年1月~2018年12月。通过对比两组整体的不良事件发生率以及手术效果。结果:(1)通过进行对比,对照组总体出现不良事件的人数为22例,不良事件发生率为36.67%,观察组在品管圈活动后出现不良事件的发生率为11.67%,观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)通过进行对比,观察组手术时间长于对照组,但观察组感染发生率为6.67%,对照组感染发生率为13.33%,观察组效果较为优良(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈在现阶段应用中具有一定意义,能够有效降低手术室器械运转效率风险。 Objective:Through the research on the operating efficiency risk of equipment in operating room,the effect is explored in the process of quality control circle application.Methods:60 cases with imperfect operation of surgical instruments were selected as the control group of this study,from January 2017 to December 2017.In January 2018,a quality control circle activity group was established.Take another 60 cases with imperfect preparations after the third and fourth levels of the quality control circle activities as this observation group,and apply the quality control circle activity management from January 2018 to December 2018.By comparing the overall incidence of adverse events and surgical effects between the two groups.Results:(1)By comparison,the total number of adverse events in the control group was 22,and the adverse event rate was 36.67%.The rate of adverse events in the observation group after the quality control circle was 11.67%,and the rate of adverse events in the observation group was 11.67%.The rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)By comparison,the operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,but the infection incidence rate of the observation group was 6.67%,and the infection incidence rate of the control group was 13.33%,and the observation group had a relatively good effect(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control circle has certain significance in the application at this stage,which can effectively reduce the risk of operating room equipment operation efficiency.
