Revitalization of Vocational Education Centers in Poverty-Stricken Counties:Capital Construction and Field Reconstruction

在国家持续推进脱贫攻坚、乡村振兴战略的宏观图景下,振兴发展贫困县域职教中心势在必行,刻不容缓。贫困县域职教中心的振兴发展需要经济资本、文化资本以及社会资本等多样资本的共同建构。其中,经济资本是基础条件,文化资本是价值引领,社会资本是关系网络。但是,在贫困县域场域,经济水平及财政水平、地理区位及交通条件、产业基础与企业质量、文化资源以及职业教育重视程度等因素,以不同方式客观上影响了职教中心多样资本的建构。基于场域与资本、结构与行动的相互作用,新时代振兴发展贫困县域职教中心既要拓展贫困县域场域的资本增量,亦需提升贫困县域职教中心的行动能力。

In the macro view of the national strategy of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,it is imperative to revitalize and develop the vocational education centers in the poverty-stricken counties,which requires the construction of economic capital,cultural capital and social capital.Among them,economic capital is the basic condition,cultural capital is the value guide,and social capital is the relationship network.However,the construction of diversified capital is influenced by factors such as economic and financial levels,geographical location and traffic condition,industry foundation and enterprise quality,cultural resources,and the importance attached to vocational education.In the new era,based on the interaction between field and capital,structure and action,revitalizing and developing vocational education centers in poverty-stricken counties should not only expand the capital increment in poverty-stricken counties,but also improve their action ability.
