The Construction of High-Level Specialty Group Oriented to Technological Innovation in Vocational Schools

新时代专业群建设必须打造真正的专业群,建成“高水平的专业群”,而不是一些高水平专业的简单集合,即“高水平的专业之群”。在专业群发展指向上,就业导向虽然可以为职业教育发展提供一定的动力,也在历史上成功推动了职业教育的发展,但在新的时代背景下,专业群建设必须从技术创新中挖掘应有潜力,进一步增强专业增长力、师资提升力和文化培育力,从而实现专业建设、课程体系建设、项目培育、机制转换等方面的转型与提升,推动职业教育的高水平发展。

In the new era,we must build real specialty groups and"high-level specialty groups,"rather than a simple collection of high-level specialties.Employment-oriented specialty group can provide certain driving force for vocational education,and it has promoted the development of vocational education in history.However,specialty group construction in the new era must work out its potentialities from technological innovation,and further enhance specialty growth,faculty improvement and cultural cultivation capacity,so as to realize the upgrading of specialty construction,curriculum system construction,project cultivation and mechanism transition,and promote the high-level development of vocational education.
