摘要
在推进教师教育的性别平等方面芬兰做了许多工作,包括设立早期的小规模社会性别平等项目、全国性的TASUKO项目和北欧国家联合成立的GENTE项目等。其主要经验包括:营造支持教师教育性别平等的社会氛围,积极争取教师教育者的理解与支持,搭建促进教师教育性别平等的交流平台。从芬兰的举措与经验可以看出,教师教育是促进性别平等的重要阵地,教师教育机构应主动推进社会性别平等,教师教育者的性别平等意识至关重要,课程与教学是培养准教师性别平等意识的关键环节。
Finland has done a lot of work in promoting gender equality in teacher education,including early small-scale gender equality projects,nationwide TASUKO and GENTE jointly established by Nordic countries.Achievements include:creating a social atmosphere that supports gender equality in teacher education,seeking the understanding and support of teacher educators,and building a communication network that promotes gender equality in teacher education.It can be seen from Finland's experience that teacher education is a key to promote gender equality,teacher education institutions should engage in promoting gender equality in society,the awareness of gender equality of teacher educators is very important,and curriculum and teaching are essential to cultivate the prospective teachers'awareness of gender equality.
