环境可靠性试验后材料腐蚀情况的表征

Characterization of Material Corrosion after Environmental Reliability Test

材料耐腐蚀性能的检测越来越被重视,腐蚀情况正确的表征对相关工作有重要的指导作用。本文以金属基材涂层保护为例,介绍了生锈、起泡、附着力失效3个常见腐蚀情况的表征。对表征腐蚀情况常用的评定标准进行了介绍,对不同标准的表征内容、方法进行了比较和讨论。

Material corrosion resistance testing has been drawn more and more attention.The correct characterization of corrosion has an important guiding role for relevant works.In this paper,the characteristics of rust,blister and adhesion failure are introduced by taking the coating protection of metal substrate as an example.The typical evaluation standards for characterization of corrosion are introduced.The contents of the characterization using different standards are discussed.
