基层教学组织在突发疫情下的线上教学准备、执行和思考

Preparation,implementation and reflection on the online teaching of grass-roots teaching organizations during sudden epidemic

在突发疫情下,根据“停课不停教、停课不停学”的要求,基层教学组织开展了全面的线上教学工作。文章针对开课前的准备过程、开课中的监管与持续改进、后疫情阶段的工作重点进行了阐述,对执行所取得的阶段性成效进行了讨论和思考。认为主动应对、务实管理服务与顺势而为的规划将有助于基层教学组织化危机为机遇,促进“互联网+教学”水平的全面提升。

Under the sudden epidemic situation,according to the requirements of"no stopping teaching and no stopping learning even though suspending classes",grass-roots teaching organizations have carried out comprehensive online teaching work.This paper expounds the preparation process before the class,the supervision and continuous improvement during the class and the focus of the work in the post epidemic,and discusses and reflects on the phased effect of the implementation.It is considered that a plan,which actively response to,accordance with the trend and with pragmatic management services,will help grass-roots teaching organization turn the crisis into an opportunity and promote the overall upgrading of the"Internet plus teaching"level.
