为了保证医院现有信息系统的安全运行,确保医院业务的正常有序运营,依据ITIL(IT基础架构库)服务管理标准和规范,按照PDCA循环质量管理方法,对信息科内部管理流程进行改进。实现了信息科内部科学管理,合理安排人员分工;提高了科内人员的工作效率及工作质量,保证了信息系统的正常运行,为科内绩效考核打了良好的基础。

In order to ensure the safe operation of the existing information system of the hospital and ensure the normal and orderly operation of the hospital business,the internal management process of the information department is improved according to the ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library)service management standards and specifications,and the quality management method with PDCA cycle.It realizes the internal scientific management of the information department,divides the work to department personnel reasonably,and improves the work efficiency and quality of department personnel,to ensure the normal operation of the information system,and lay a good foundation for the performance evaluation in the department.
