基于AFS辅助控制的汽车四通道ABS协同控制

摘要 四通道ABS通过独立控制每个车轮上的制动力可以充分利用路面附着力,实现更好的制动效能,但同时存在由于左右车轮的制动力不等致使汽车制动时的方向稳定性和转向控制性差的问题。针对这种情况,为改善四通道ABS的制动性能,运用模糊自适应PID和滑模控制,提出基于AFS辅助控制的四通道ABS协同控制方法。由Matlab/Simulink与Carsim的联合仿真结果表明:基于AFS辅助控制的四通道ABS在保证制动效能的同时,方向稳定性和转向控制性能得到较好的提升,验证了所设计协同控制方法的有效性和合理性,为四通道ABS的深入研究及应用提供了理论参考。 By independently controlling the braking force on each wheel,the four-channel ABS can make full use of the road surface adhesion to achieve better braking performance,but at the same time due to the unequal braking force of the left and right wheels,the steering stability and steering control are poor when the vehicle is braking.Therefore,in order to improve the braking performance of the four-channel ABS,a four-channel ABS cooperative control method based on AFS assisted control is proposed by using fuzzy adaptive PID and synovial control.The joint simulation results of Matlab/Simulink and Carsim show that the four-channel ABS based on AFS-assisted control can improve the braking performance,and the direction stability and steering control performance are improved.Finally,the validity and rationality of the collaborative control method designed in this paper are verified,which provides a theoretical basis for the in-depth research and application of four-channel ABS.
