城轨车辆门密封胶条维护周期优化的灰色关联分析 被引量:1

摘要 为优化城轨车辆门密封胶条维护周期,以保证城轨车门系统安全性、可靠性和经济性,收集密封胶条故障数据,确定城轨车辆门密封胶条故障分布并计算分布参数。依据城轨车辆门密封胶条故障分布,制定3个优化备选方案:基于经济性最佳维护周期、基于有效度最佳维护周期和基于可靠度最佳维护周期,选取经济性、有效度和可靠度为城轨车辆门密封胶条周期优化方案的评价标准,同时研究威布尔分布形状参数m对维护成本和有效度的影响,寻找合适的维护阈值。在维护周期优化评价标准权数未知的情况下,用相离度计算评价标准权数,既体现了维护部门的主观意见,又充分利用了评价数据;利用灰色关联分析对密封胶条维护周期优化备选方案进行综合分析,最终得出优化方案。结果表明:威布尔分布形状参数m可以作为判断是否进行维护的阈值;密封胶条最佳维护周期为300000 km,即每2年维护1次。 The maintenance period of the sealing strip for urban rail vehicle doors is optimized to ensure the safety,reliability and economic performance of the urban rail vehicle door system.By collecting the failure data of the sealing rubber strips,the failure distribution of sealing rubber strips for urban rail vehicle doors is determined and the distribution parameters are calculated.According to the failure distribution,three optimization options are formulated:based on the best economic performance,based on the best efficiency and based on the best reliability,and the corresponding economic performance,efficiency and reliability are selected as the evaluation criteria for the periodic optimization.Meanwhile,the influence of Weibull distribution shape parameters on the maintenance cost and efficiency is studied to find the appropriate maintenance threshold.Under the condition that the weight of the maintenance period optimization evaluation standard is unknown,the degree of separation is used to calculate the weights of the evaluation criteria,which not only reflects the subjective opinions of the maintenance department,but also makes full use of the evaluation data.The grey correlation analysis is used to comprehensively analyze the maintenance period optimization options of the sealing strip,and finally the optimization scheme is obtained.The results show that the Weibull distribution shape parameter can be used as the threshold to judge whether to carry out maintenance or not.The best maintenance period is 300000 kilometers,once every two years.
