宫颈病变治疗方式对生殖道微生态的影响 被引量:1

摘要 宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)及子宫颈癌严重威胁女性健康。人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)持续感染是诱发病变的首要因素。但导致HPV持续性感染并引发癌变的机制尚不明确,大量研究表明可能与生殖道微生态失衡有关。目前针对CIN及子宫颈癌已有多种治疗方式,包括手术、物理治疗、放疗、化疗等。而不同治疗方法对HPV的清除能力及生殖道微生态的影响可能直接关乎患者肿瘤清除、复发及后续生殖道感染的发生发展过程,影响患者的生存时间及生活质量。本文搜集已发表文献,针对不同治疗方法对生殖道微生态的影响综述如下。 Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and cervical cancer pose serious threats to women’s health.Persistent human papilloma virus(HPV)infection is the leading cause of the disease.However,the mechanism of HPV persistent infection is still unclear,and a large number of studies indicate that it may be related to the disturbance of reproductive tract microecology.At present,there are many treatments for CIN and cervical cancer,including surgery,physical therapy,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and so on.The effects of different treatment methods on the ability to clear HPV and the effect of reproductive tract microecology may be directly related to tumor clearance,recurrence and subsequent development of genital tract infection in patients,even could affect the survival time and the quality of life of patients.This paper collected published literature and described the effects of different treatment methods on reproductive tract microecology in summary.
