大型肺功能系统通气模块关键技术研究

摘要 对大型肺功能系统通气模块中流量传感器设计难点进行了分析。从结构设计,采样频率,滤波算法和曲线拟合方面进行改进。全量程流量输出的压差较对比产品更加平稳利于多段拟合,小流量输出的压差较对比产品高40%,对小流量更加敏感,精确度更高。提高的采样频率和12段拟合算法使得系统误差控制在2%之内,较传统的拟合算法有较大程度的提高。并使用Hans Rudolf呼吸模拟器进行验证,对比呼吸模拟器和改进后通气模块输出的波形,重合性良好。 In this study,the design difficulties of flow sensor in spirometry module of large pulmonary function system were analyzed.The structure design,sampling frequency,filtering algorithm and curve fitting are improved.The pressure difference of full range flow output is more stable compared with control product,which is conducive to multi-stage curve fitting.The pressure difference of small flow range pressure difference output is 40%higher than control product,which is more sensitive to small flow and has higher accuracy.The improved sampling frequency and 12 segment fitting algorithm make the system error within 2%,which is much better than the traditional fitting algorithm.It is verified by Hans Rudolf respiratory simulator.Compare waveform of respiratory simulator and improved spirometry module,the coincidence is good.
