自我监测血糖仪的发展现状研究进展

糖尿病作为一种人体代谢内分泌异常疾病,主要是因人体内的胰岛素绝对或相对分泌不足和(或)胰岛素利用障碍而导致的碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪代谢紊乱性疾病,其临床表现主要特征为高血糖。糖尿病发病率极高,全球的成年人中约10%患有糖尿病,而我国也约存在4000万的糖尿病患者。临床治疗糖尿病的方法主要是调控患者体内的葡萄糖代谢来达到目的,治疗所用的药物主要根据患者的血液葡萄糖含量而定,而基于此,使用自我监测血糖仪对患者的血糖水平进行追踪、评估,控制患者的糖尿病病情具有十分重要的意义。

Diabetes,as a kind of abnormal metabolic endocrine disease of human body,is mainly caused by insufficient insulin in the human body or suffering from other human abnormalities.Its clinical manifestation is mainly characterized by high blood sugar.The incidence of diabetes is extremely high.About 10%of adults worldwide have diabetes.And there are about 40 million diabetic patients in my country.The clinical treatment of diabetes is mainly to regulate the glucose metabolism in the patient’s body to achieve the purpose.The drugs used for treatment are mainly based on the patient’s blood glucose content,and based on this,the self-monitoring blood glucose meter is used to track and evaluate the patient’s blood glucose level.It is very important to control the diabetic condition of patients.
