磁共振功能成像技术在脑胶质瘤诊治中的应用

摘要 目的:研究分析磁共振功能成像技术在脑胶质瘤诊断治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:筛选出2017年6月~2019年7月90例本院收治的高级别脑胶质瘤患者,将其平均分为A组、B组、C组,对A组患者采用常规MRI进行扫描检查,B组患者分别采用MRI和扩散张量纤维束(DTI)进行扫描检查,C组在B组的基础上结合氢质子共振波谱(1H-MRS)扫描检查,对比3组患者肿瘤切除情况与分析B、C组患者检查查出的不同位置平均弥散系数(MD)、各向异性分数(FA)平均值与C组患者代谢物浓度值。结果:A组患者的肿瘤完全切除率不及B、C组,A、C组患者差距较大,具有统计学价值(P<0.05),同时C组患者可以检测到A、B组患者无法检查的代谢物浓度值,B组可以检查出A组无法检查的MD、FA平均值。结论:磁共振功能成像技术可以提高脑胶质瘤患者的肿瘤切除率,同时不同的成像技术有不同的特点,联合使用效率更高。 Objective:To study and analyze the clinical application value of functional magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis and treatment of glioma.Methods:90 patients with high-grade glioma admitted to this hospital were screened out and divided into groups A,B,and C.The patients in group A were scanned by conventional MRI,and the patients in group B were scanned by MRI and group B.Diffusion tensor fiber bundle(DTI)was scanned and examined.Group C was combined with hydrogen proton resonance spectroscopy(1H-MRS)scan on the basis of group B.The tumor resection status of the 3 groups was compared with the analysis of the B and C groups.The average diffusion coefficient(MD),the average anisotropy score(FA)and the concentration of metabolites in patients in group C.Results:The complete tumor resection rate of group A patients was lower than that of groups B and C.The difference between group A and C patients was large and statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,patients in group C could detect the uncheckable of patients in group A and B Metabolite concentration value,group B can check the average value of MD and FA that group A cannot check.Conclusion:Functional magnetic resonance imaging technology can increase the tumor resection rate of patients with glioma.At the same time,different imaging technologies have different characteristics,and the combined use efficiency is higher.
