经腹部超声检查对急性阑尾炎患者的诊断价值分析

Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of Transabdominal Ultrasonography in Patients with Acute Appendicitis

目的:探讨经腹部超声检查对急性阑尾炎患者的诊断价值。方法:选择本院2018年10月~2019年10月收治的100例急性阑尾炎患者作为本次研究入组对象,回顾性分析患者经腹部超声检查结果并与病理结果作对比。结果:100例急性阑尾炎中41例单纯性阑尾炎,25例化脓性阑尾炎,15例坏疽性阑尾炎,6例阑尾周围脓肿,诊断符合率86.00%。急性阑尾炎不同病理类型的超声征象具有一定的特征性。结论:经腹部超声检查对急性阑尾炎患者的诊断价值显著,诊断符合率高,超声表现较为典型有利于为临床分型诊断提供依据。

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of transabdominal ultrasonography in patients with acute appendicitis.Methods:100 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.The results of transabdominal ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively and compared with the pathological results.Results:Among 100 cases of acute appendicitis,41 cases were simple appendicitis,25 cases were suppurative appendicitis,15 cases were gangrenous appendicitis and 6 cases were periappendiceal abscess.The diagnostic coincidence rate was 86.00%.The ultrasonic signs of different pathological types of acute appendicitis have certain characteristics.Conclusion:Transabdominal ultrasonography is of great value in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis,with a high diagnostic coincidence rate.The typical ultrasonic manifestations are helpful to provide the basis for clinical typing diagnosis.
