无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉的效果探讨

Discussion on the Effect of High-Frequency Electrosurgical Treatment of Gastrointestinal Polyps Under Painless Digestive Endoscopy

目的:观察分析无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉的效果。方法:纳入2018年4月~2019年4月本院收治的胃肠息肉患者100例作为观察对象,分为观察组和对照组,各为50例,其中,行普通消化内镜下电刀治疗的患者为对照组,行最新的无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗的患者为观察组,对两组患者治疗后息肉一次清除率、并发症发生情况等进行对比和观察。结果:观察组的创面愈合率和复发率分别为96.00%、6.00%,对照组的创面愈合率为80.00%、20.00%,观察组各项疗效明显优于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗胃肠息肉患者中,无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗具有良好的实施效果,可显著提高临床疗效,并防止并发症的出现。

Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of high-frequency electrosurgical treatment of gastrointestinal polyps under painless digestive endoscopy.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,100 patients with gastrointestinal polyps in our hospital were selected as the research object,divided into an observation group and a control group,each of which was 50 cases.Microscopic electrosurgical treatment is the control group,and the latest painless digestive endoscopic high-frequency electrosurgical treatment is the observation group.The two groups of patients have a comparison and observation of polyp clearance rate and complications after treatment.Results:The wound healing rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were 96.00%and 6.00%,respectively,and the wound healing rate of the control group were 80.00%and 20.00%.The efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the contrast was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal polyps,high-frequency electrosurgical treatment under painless digestive endoscopy has a good implementation effect,which can improve the clinical efficacy and prevent the appearance of complications.
