采用纤维支气管镜吸痰对呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的治疗效果评价

Evaluation of the Therapeutic Effect of Sputum Suction by Fiberoptic Bronchoscope on Patients with Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia

目的:评价纤维支气管镜吸痰治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的治疗效果。方法:选择2017年7月~2019年6月呼吸机相关性肺炎患者72例,按照就诊顺序先后编号,随机分2组,各36例,对照组给予常规吸痰治疗,试验组给予纤维支气管镜吸痰治疗,比较治疗效果和临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)。结果:试验组治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的77.78%,P<0.05;两组治疗前CPIS评分组间比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,治疗后两组均较治疗前降低,P<0.05,组间比较试验组更低,P<0.05。结论:在呼吸机相关性肺炎治疗中,纤维支气管镜效果理想,患者肺部感染情况得以改善,更利于病情恢复。

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods:A total of 72 patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia from July 2017 to June 2019 were selected and numbered according to the order of treatment.They were randomly divided into 2 groups with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional sputum suction therapy and the test group was given fiberoptic bronchoscopy sputum suction treatment,compare the treatment effect and clinical lung infection score(CPIS).Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.44%,which was higher than 77.78%in the control group,P<0.05;there was no significant difference in CPIS score between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05.The former decreased,P<0.05,and the comparison between the groups was lower than the experimental group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the treatment of ventilator-associated pneumonia,fiberoptic bronchoscopy has an ideal effect,the patient’s lung infection can be improved,and it is more conducive to the recovery of the disease.
