一次性根管治疗术用于儿童急性牙髓炎治疗中的临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of One-Time Root Canal Therapy for Children with Acute Pulpitis

目的:分析一次性根管治疗术用于儿童急性牙髓炎治疗的效果。方法:选择2017年4月~2019年5月入院接受治疗的小儿急性牙髓炎患儿中的82例作为研究对象,依据数字表法将患儿分为2组,对照组实施多次根管疗法进行治疗,观察组则使用一次性根管治疗术进行治疗,各41例。对比治疗效果。结果:比较疗效,观察组治疗总有效率为97.6%,对照组为82.9%,差异不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对比并发症发生率,结果显示观察组更低,为4.9%,统计学差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论:在儿童急性牙髓炎治疗中应用一次性根管治疗术的效果更为理想,可得到多次根管治疗术相似疗效,但可有效降低并发症发生率,同时也有利于避免患儿多次就诊。

Objective:To analyze the effect of one-time root canal therapy on acute pulpitis in children.Methods:82 children with acute pulpitis who were admitted to hospital for treatment from April 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the digital table method,the children were divided into two groups.The control group received multiple root canal therapy,while the observation group received one-time root canal therapy,with 41 cases in each group.Compare the therapeutic effects.Results:Comparing the curative effects,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.6%,while that of the control group was 82.9%,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with the incidence of complications,the results also showed that the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,which was 4.9%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:One-time root canal therapy is more effective in the treatment of acute pulpitis in children.It can obtain similar curative effect of multiple root canal therapy,but it can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,and it is also beneficial to avoid multiple visits by children.
