基于农业细分的广东贫困乡村发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Poor Rural Areas in Guangdong Based on Agricultural Subdivision

实施乡村振兴战略是新时代“三农”工作的总抓手。贫困村基础差、底子薄,面临的困难更加严峻。如何寻求贫困村的自我造血路径,是当前农村振兴的重要命题。文章梳理广东贫困村农田利用效率低、农业产出效益低、缺乏市场销售渠道等发展问题及其成因,以农业细分为创新性视角,将农业细分基础理论应用到乡村种植体系规划与农产品线规划中,从时空序列、组合方式、软硬件结合等多层面,构建了包括细化种养体系、细化农业产品线、细化共享式农业市场途径等三个方面的贫困村发展与建设路径。最后选取广东省省定贫困村连州市龙咀村作为破解普通贫困发展路径的实验对象,结合龙咀村实践研究,进一步构建出适合新时期广东贫困乡村发展的方法体系,为广东省大部分以农业为主导的贫困乡村发展提供新思路。

The implementation of the strategy of rural vitalization is the main task of the issues relating to agriculture,rural areas,and rural people in the new era.Poor villages have a poor foundation and a weak foundation,and their difficulties are even more severe.How to seek the self hematopoietic path of poverty-stricken villages is the important proposition of the current rural vitalization.This paper analyzes the development opportunities for poor villages by policy as to concept-technology-market-financing and so on,sorts out development issues that low utilization efficiency of farmland,and low output efficiency of agricultural,and lack of marketing channels in Guangdong poor villages.From theinnovativeperspectiveof subdivision of agriculture,the basic theory of agricultural subdivision is applied to rural cropping system planning and farm industry chain for farm produce.From the aspects of space-time sequence,combination method and hardware and software combination,this paper constructs the path of development and construction of three poor villages,including thinning cropping system,refining agricultural product line and refining the shared agricultural market way.Finally,Longzui,poverty-stricken village in Lianzhou,Guangdong province,was selected as an empirical research object to solve the ordinary poverty development path,further constructing the method system suitable for the poor rural development of Guangdong in the new period,which provided the most agriculture-led poverty rural development in our province,and made the poor village realize the transformation from"blood transfusion to Hematopoiesis"and"poverty to well-off society".
