乡村振兴背景下广东梅州新时代文明实践中心建设的内涵、路径与经验

The Connotation,Path and Experience of the Construction of Meizhou New Era Civilization Practice Center under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴背景下新时代文明实践中心建设有着特殊的意义,是社会主义核心价值观在基层落地生根、保护传承乡村文化、培育文明乡风和加强乡村治理的需要,进而为乡村振兴“立基”、“着韵”、“铸魂”和“健骨”。广东梅州的客家文化、侨乡文化、红色文化、绿色文化特征明显,赋予了梅州新时代文明实践中心建设特有的内涵。在阵地建设、队伍建设、项目设计、机制保障上探索了文明实践中心建设的梅州路径,形成了“平台运行、机制牵引、立体架构、彰显特色”的梅州经验。

Under the background of rural revitalization,the construction of civilization practice center in the new era has special significance.It is the need for the socialist core values to take root at the grass-roots level,to protect and inherit rural culture,to cultivate civilized rural style and to strengthen rural governance,so as to"establish the foundation","charm","cast the soul"and"strengthen the bone"for Rural Revitalization.Meizhou's Hakka culture,overseas Chinese culture,red culture and green culture have obvious characteristics,which endow the construction of Meizhou new era civilization practice center with unique connotation.The Meizhou path of the construction of civilized practice center is explored in the aspects of position construction,team construction,project design and mechanism guarantee,forming the Meizhou experience of"platform operation,mechanism traction,three-dimensional structure and highlighting characteristics".
