摘要 为了提高轮毂的安全性和可靠性,本文主要对铝合金轮毂进行有限元分析及优化设计。采用三维软件Creo3.0,对某铝合金轮毂进行实体建模,并导入Ansys软件中,分析其固定点在不同作用力与力矩方向时轮毂的动态弯曲疲劳、径向疲劳与冲击性能。试验结果表明,该轮毂所受的最大应力远小于许用应力。同时,为提高该轮毂的性能,对该轮毂的薄弱连接部位进行加强设计,并对其余部分进行轻量化设计。研究结果表明,轮毂的整体质量减少了134.13 g,其强度符合设计要求。该研究对提高轮毂的使用寿命具有重要意义。 In order to improve the safety and reliability of the wheel hub,the finite element analysis and optimization design of the aluminum alloy wheel hub are carried out in this paper.Solid modeling for an aluminum alloy hub was conducted by three-dimensional software Creo3.0 and then imported into Ansys software to analyze the dynamic bending fatigue,radial fatigue and impact performance of the hub at its fixed point in different forces and torque directions.The test results show that the maximum stress on the hub is much less than the allowable stress.In order to improve the performance of the hub,the weak connection part of the hub was reinforced and the residual part was lightweight designed.The overall mass of the hub was reduced by 134.13g,and the strength met the design requirements.This research is of great significance to improve the service life of wheel hub.
