混凝土振捣棒作用半径的影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了表征振捣棒在混凝土中振动时的有效作用区域,通过加速度传感器采集振捣棒的振频、振幅,并观测铁钉在受振混凝土中的沉降过程,模拟研究棒径、振动时间、振捣频率和混凝土流变性等对振捣棒作用半径的影响。结果表明:棒径越大,振捣棒作用半径越大,达到稳定所需时间越短;随振动时间延长,作用半径快速增大然后趋于稳定;随着振频增加,作用半径逐渐增大,并在200 Hz左右达到最大值,达到稳定所需时间逐渐缩短。 In order to characterize the effective action area of the vibrator when vibrating in concrete,the vibration frequency and amplitude of the vibrator were collected by acceleration sensor,and the settlement process of iron nail in vibrated concrete was observed.The effects of the diameter of vibrator,vibration time,vibration frequency and concrete rheology on the action radius of vibrator were simulated.The results show that the larger the diameter of vibrator is,the larger the action radius of the vibrator is and the shorter the stabilization time is.With the extension of vibration time,the action radius increases rapidly and then tends to stable.With the increase of vibration frequency,the action radius gradually increases and reaches the maximum value at about 200 Hz,and the time required to reach stability gradually decreases.
