摘要
目的:探索聚合硅胶分离三七药材中人参皂苷Rg1、Re与Rb1组合物的方法。方法:以三七药材提纯制备三七总皂苷粗提物,再以聚合硅胶层析柱进行吸附洗脱,最终获得一定纯度的人参皂苷Rg1、Re与Rb1组合物的提纯分离方法。结果:以HPLC法对组合物纯度进行测定,人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re与人参皂苷Rb1组合物的纯度在90%以上。结论:经聚合硅胶对三七总皂苷粗提物进行分离,可得到纯度较高的人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re与人参皂苷Rb1组合物。该制备工艺简单、稳定。
Objective:To explore a method for separating ginsenoside Rg1,re and Rb1 from Panax notoginseng by polymerized silica gel.Method:The crude extract of Panax notoginseng was prepared by purification of Panax notoginseng,and then then was adsorbed and eluted by polymerized silica gel.Finally,the method of purification and separation of Ginsenoside Rg1,Re and Rb1 was obtained.Result:The purity of the composition was determined by HPLC.The purity of Ginsenoside Rg1,Re and Rb1 was more than 90%.Conclusion:The composition of Ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 with high purity can be obtained by separating the crude extract of Panax notoginseng saponins with polymerized silica gel.The preparation process is simple and stable.
