摘要
近年来高职院校内部质量保障体系建设是高职教育教学改革的重要组成部分。如何完善教育教学诊断与改进机制,提高技术技能型人才培养质量,是各个高职院校的工作重心。而学生层面的诊断与改进是关键一环,涉及到的内容广泛而又异常复杂,一些评价方式较单一,造成诊断结果未能形成有效反馈机制。文章利用层次分析把学生层面的诊断与改进中各因素指标化,建立定性与定量的考核评价模型,为人才培养质量制度保证体系的自我诊断提供一种借鉴方法。
In recent years,the construction of internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges is an important part of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.How to improve the diagnosis and improvement mechanism of education and teaching,and improve the quality of technical and skilled personnel training,is the work focus of each higher vocational college.The diagnosis and improvement at the student level is the key link,involving a wide range of content and extremely complex,some evaluation methods are relatively single,resulting the diagnosis results failed to form an effective feedback mechanism.The article use AHP to index the factors in the diagnosis and improvement at the student level,and establishes the qualitative and quantitative evaluation model,so as to provide a reference method for the self-diagnosis of talent training quality system and guarantee system.
