新型复合环保防锈颜料中锌钙含量的测定

摘要 文章建立了新型复合环保防锈颜料中锌钙含量的测定方法,并通过标准品配制已知含量的样品,检验测定方法的准确性。在配制测定样品时,还加入了已知含量的铝铁模拟杂质,检验掩蔽剂选择的合理性。实验结果表明,锌钙含量测定的相对误差范围分别为-0.40%~0.20%和-0.48%~0.19%,均在误差范围内,故该方法适合新型复合环保防锈颜料中锌钙含量的测定。 A new method for the determination of calcium and zinc in the composite environmental protection antirust pigment was established.The accuracy of the method was tested by the standard preparation of the known content samples.In the preparation of the determination samples,the known content of aluminum and iron simulation impurities are added to test the rationality of the masking agent selection.The experimental results show that the theoretical content of ZnO is 0.16%different from the average value,the difference between the theoretical content and the average value of CaO is 0.13%,both within the error range.Therefore,the method described in this paper is suitable for the determination of calcium and zinc content in new composite environmental protection antirust pigment.
