摘要
研究探讨了硫氰酸钾极谱法测定电解二氧化锰中铜含量的应用,分析了酸度和干扰元素对实验结果的影响分析,并与火焰原子吸收分光光度法、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法进行比对。结果表明,硫氰酸钾极谱法的检测结果与其他两种分析的基本一致,铜浓度在0μg/g^100μg/g范围内,硫氰酸钾极谱法的回收率为98.7%~104%,硫氰酸钾极谱法测定电解二氧化锰中铜含量,其检测结果误差值在电解二氧化锰产品标准允许的误差范围内,准确度能满足行业要求,而且检测过程简单、速度快,检测成本低廉。
The application of potassium thiocyanate polarography in the determination of copper content in electrolytic manganese dioxide was studied.The effects of acidity and interference elements on the experimental results were analyzed.The results were compared with those of flame atomic absorption spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The results show that the detection results of potassium thiocyanate polarography are basically consistent with the other two analyses,the copper concentration is in the range of 0ug/g^100ug/g,and the recovery rate of potassium thiocyanate polarography is 98.7%~104%,potassium thiocyanate polarographic determination of copper content in electrolytic manganese dioxide,the error value of the test result is within the error range allowed by the electrolytic manganese dioxide product standard,the accuracy can meet the industry requirements,and the detection process is simple and fast,and detection cost is low.
