摘要
研究了电解二氧化锰(EMD)粉体在不同缝制方法吨袋中吸附水含量的变化,结果表明:吨袋储存的EMD粉体吸附水含量增加较多,储存3.5个月其110℃烘箱水分为1.76%,储存4.5个月110℃烘箱水分达1.90%,则已超过产品规格上限,其他改进吨袋防水效果较好。即使使用普通吨袋,仓库存放3.5个月和4.5个月经筛分EMD也不会结块。
The change of adsorbed water content of electrolytic manganese dioxide(EMD)powder in ton bags with different sewing methods was studied.The results show that the adsorbed water content of EMD powder stored in ordinary ton bag increased The moisture content in 110℃oven was 1.76%after 3.5 months storage,and 1.90%in 110℃oven after 4.5 months storage,which exceed the upper limit of product specification.Other improved ton bags had better waterproof effect.Even if ordinary ton bags are used,EMD of 3.5 months and 4.5 months stored in warehouse will not agglomerate after screening.
