摘要
目的:了解目标饮食清单在胆汁淤积性肝病患儿要素饮食喂养中的应用效果。方法:将84例要素饮食喂养的胆汁淤积性肝病患儿分成对照组和实验组。对照组为采用电话随访方式指导家属使用要素饮食喂养的患儿,实验组为采用微信随访方式发送和回收目标饮食清单指导家属使用要素饮食喂养的患儿。比较两组患儿的营养状况和肝功能指标。结果:经过三个月的随访观察,实验组患儿的营养状况和肝功能指标比对照组好。结论:通过微信随访方式发送和回收目标饮食清单,能提高患儿家属使用要素饮食喂养患儿的依从性和准确性。
Objective:To investigate the effect of target diet list on essential dietary feeding of children with cholestatic liver disease.Methods:84 children with cholestatic liver disease fed in essential diet were divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was the children who used the telephone follow-up method to guide their families to use the essential diet.The experimental group was the children who used the wechat follow-up method to send and retrieve the target diet list to guide their families to use the essential diet.The nutritional status and liver function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:After three months of follow-up,the nutritional status and liver function indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion:Sending and retrieving target diet list by WeChat follow-up can improve the compliance and accuracy of children's family members essential dietary feeding.
