类风湿关节炎是目前尚未有治愈药物的自身免疫性疾病,发病机制不明确,西药治疗价格昂贵且存在一定的副作用。近年来,随着研究者对祖国医学显著优势及鲜明特色的发掘,人们越来越重视中医药在疾病中的治疗。现根据近年来关于历节胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎研究文献资料,从历节胶囊的药理作用、实验研究、临床研究及应用等方面进行综述,以期为历节胶囊的进一步开发利用及产业化提供参考。

rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that has not been cured by drugs.Its pathogenesis is not clear.Western medicine treatment is expensive and has some side effects.In recent years,with the discovery of the significant advantages and distinctive characteristics of Chinese medicine,people pay more and more attention to the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in diseases.According to the research literature on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with lijie capsule in recent years,this paper reviews the pharmacological action,experiment research,clinical research and application of lijie capsule,so as to provide reference for the further development,utilization and industrialization of Lijie capsule.
