摘要
目的:探讨瑜伽体式对腰背痛患者的治疗效果。方法:抽样选择2018年10月至2018年12月,南宁市2所医疗机构被诊断为慢性腰背痛的护士80例,按随机分组分为对照组40例和观察组40例。对照组接受常规康复治疗(物理和药物治疗),观察组除康复治疗外,还接受12周的瑜伽练习。调查并比较两组患者干预前后的疼痛程度、功能障碍及生活质量评分。结果:干预前两组患者的疼痛、功能障碍及生活质量的评分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的疼痛程度、功能障碍的评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05),其他方面评分的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:通过瑜伽体式的练习不仅可以有助于缓解背部压力,还能激发肌肉力量,增强腰部肌力,同时还可以保持脊柱的柔韧与健康以及增强患者自我养成良好的运动习惯,适当在放松自我的同时也不断提高身体综合素质,改善其功能障碍,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of yoga postures on patients with low back pain.Methods:From October 2018 to December 2018,Methods:From October 2018 to December 2018,nurses from 2 medical institutions in Nanning Were diagnosed with 80 cases of chronic back pain,were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The control group received conventional rehabilitation therapy(physical and drug therapy),while the observation group received 12 weeks of yoga exercise in addition to rehabilitation therapy.The pain degree,dysfunction and quality of life scores of the two groups before and after intervention were investigated and compared.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of pain,dysfunction and quality of life between the two groups(all P>0.05).After the intervention,the pain degree and dysfunction scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05),while the differences in other scores were not statistically significant(all P>0.05).Conclusion:Yoga postures can not only help relieve back pressure,but also stimulate muscle strength and strengthen waist muscle strength.At the same time,it can also maintain flexibility and health of spine and enhance patients'self-cultivation of good exercise habits.Besides relaxing themselves appropriately,it can also continuously improve their overall physical quality,improve their functional disorders and improve the quality of life of patients.
