全域科普的机制和实施路径研究——基于天津市的实践

Research on the mechanism and implementation path of all-around science popularization:Take Tianjin practice as an example

在新时代打造创新发展科普之翼的背景下,天津市率先提出了全域科普的理念。经过2年的组织实施,已取得了一定的经验。对天津市开展全域科普的相关文件和实践进行分析,从总体要求和目标、工作任务系统、行动方案系统和实施保障系统四个层次对全域科普的模式和实施路径进行梳理,并对实施全域科普的成效和创新思维方式进行归纳总结,以期为全国逐步推广天津市全域科普的经验提供参考依据。

Under the background of building the wing of innovation and development of science popularization in the new era,Tianjin took the lead in putting forward the concept of all-round science popularization.After two years of organization and implementation,we have gained some experience.This paper analyzes the relevant documents and practices of the implementation of the all-round science popularization in Tianjin,and combs the mode and implementation path of the all-round science popularization from the four levels of the overall requirements and objectives,the work task system,the action plan system and the implementation guarantee system,and summarizes the innovative thinking mode of the implementation of the all-round science popularization,with a view to gradually promoting the nationwide popularization of the all-round science popularization in Tianjin General's experience provides reference basis.
