近年来我国加大了改革开放的力度,促进了各个领域的发展壮大,在这种发展形势下为我国建筑工程行业发展带来了良好的机遇,同时也加剧了行业内的竞争形势,建筑工程企业要想在严峻的竞争中长期处在不败的境地,那么最为重要的就是需要全方位增强自身的综合实力,不断提升建筑工程施工技术水平,综合各方面优化、完善施工管理工作,确保工程施工的效率和质量。要想实现上述目标,企业需要从源头对建筑质量进行把控,首先需要切实的对施工技术进行管理,充分结合各方面因素来制定专门的施工管理计划,并在施工过程中严格加以执行,这样才能够确保各项施工工作能够按照既定的计划按部就班的进行,提升建筑工程施工工作效率和质量。鉴于此,这篇文章主要针对建筑工程施工技术以及现场管理工作展开全面深入的研究分析,希望能够对整个建筑工程行业的健康发展有所帮助。
