The Study on the Process and Experience of the Communist Party of China Taking Over Shenyang Industry

沈阳作为东北地区最大的工业城市,同时也是重要的工业基地,于1948年11月2日获得解放,重新回到人民手中。解放后,中国共产党即开始接管沈阳工业,先是制定正确的方针政策,摸清沈阳的工业状况,然后开展宣传教育,激发职工热情,恢复工业生产,支援前线战争,组织民主改革,完善管理制度,使沈阳工业得以迅速恢复和发展,有力地支援了全国解放。其成功经验在于:方针正确、接收迅速,纪律严明、民心向我,及宣传及时、疏散物资。

As the largest industrial city in northeast China and an important industrial base,Shenyang was liberated on November 2,1948 and returned to the people.After the liberation,the communist party of China began to take over the industry in Shenyang,first formulate correct principles and policies,understanding the industry of Shenyang,carrying out publicity and education to inspire staff enthusiasm,recovering in industrial production,supporting the front war,organizing the democratic reform,perfecting the management system,and making the Shenyang industrial recovery and development rapidly,effectively support the national liberation.Its successful experience lies in the correct policy,fast reception,strict discipline,the people to us and timely publicity,evacuation of materials.
