高校红色文化育人路径研究

Study on the Education Path of College Red Culture

高校红色文化资源的育人价值与培养时代新人的目标高度契合,红色文化育人工作做得好,可以丰富思想政治教育内容、延展教育空间、推动教学方法的创新,提升思想政治教育的实效性。但在高校红色文化融入高校思想政治教育的过程中,还存在挖掘、宣传、传播融入方式等方面的现实阻碍,这些阻碍直接影响红色文化资源融入高校的育人效果,需要得到客观认识及理性解决。从知、行、信、意四方面促进红色文化有效融入高校思想政治教育,使学生在优化对红色文化形成背景、相关史实的理性认知过程中,强化情感认同,坚定理想信念,锻炼抗挫意志,最终反映到自身的行动上来,形成日常行为习惯,在实际行动中传承红色文化的时代价值。

The educational value of red cultural resources in colleges and universities is highly consistent with the goal of cultivating new talents in the era.Appropriate education of red culture can enrich the content of ideological and political education,extend the educational scope,promote the innovation of teaching methods,and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.However,in the process of integrating the red culture into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,there are still practical obstacles such as exploration,publicity and dissemination,which directly influence the educational effects of integrating the red culture resources into colleges and universities,and need to be objectively understood and rationally solved.Promote the efficiency of integrating the red culture into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities from four perspectives of knowledge,action,faith and meaning,so that the students,while acquiring a rational cognition of the background and relevant historical facts of red culture,can strengthen their affective commitment,ideals and faith,exercise their will to fight against setbacks,and eventually become their own actions and habits,thus inheriting the value of the times of the red culture in practice.
