摘要
加强高校舆情管理是保证大学生健康成长、构建和谐校园的重要前提。高校舆情的核心要素包括舆情主体、客体和相关事项,其中大学生是舆情主体,管理者和教师是舆情客体,相关事项是舆情演化的诱发因素。高校舆情具有传播迅捷化、舆情群体化、多元化等特点。高校舆情干预机制的构建包括:一是建立高校舆情信息研判机制,如做好舆情信息收集工作、舆情分析和评判。二是建立高校舆情传播引导机制,如建立新闻发言人制度,强化校园“把关人”队伍建设,掌握舆论主动权;注意舆情引导技巧;完善高校舆情引导体系。三是构建舆情监控的立体化模式,要多中心参与,多部门协调,建立舆情监控机制;多策略并举,多手段并用,创新舆情监控模式;多维度展开,保证事件处理的公平、公正和公开性。
Strengthening the management of public opinion in colleges and universities is an important prerequisite for ensuring the healthy growth of college students and building a harmonious campus.The core elements of public opinion in colleges and universities include the subject,object and related matters,and among which college students are the subjects,administrators and teachers are the objects,and related matters are the inducing factors of public opinion evolution.College public opinion has the characteristics of rapid spread,collectivization and diversification.The construction of public opinion intervention mechanism in colleges and universities includes three essential elements.First,establish a system to evaluate public opinion information in colleges and universities,such as collecting,analyzing and evaluating public opinion information.Second,establish a guiding system for the public opinion dissemination in colleges and universities,such as spokesperson system,"gatekeeper"team to grasp the initiative of public opinion,and emphasize public opinion guidance skills and perfect the guidance system of public opinion in colleges and universities.The third one is to build a three-dimensional model of public opinion monitoring,which requires multi-center participation and multi-department coordination;using multi-strategy and multi-means to innovative public opinion monitoring mode;and ensuring the fairness,justice and openness of event handling in multi-dimensional.
