时代新人的具体内涵及培育路径研究

On the connotation and cultivation path of“a new generation of young people”

习近平总书记在中国共产党的十九大报告中提出了培育“担当民族复兴大任的时代新人”的重大任务,这一任务的提出为青年发展提供了最新要求与发展动力,并将青年发展提升到了新高度。通过对中华人民共和国成立七十多年的历史以及中国共产党百年历史发展的梳理,可以清晰地看出中国共产党对青年发展的重视、对青年发展理论的不断丰富与发展。习近平总书记在纪念“五四运动”一百周年大会上对于青年发展提出了“六项要求”,不仅契合了新时代的发展要求,进一步充实和丰富了时代新人的发展要求、发展目标、发展内容,也为培育担当民族复兴大任的时代新人提供了更多路径与方法。

In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the major task of cultivating“a new generation of young people capable of shouldering the mission of national rejuvenation”.This task provided the latest requirements and development momentum for youth development and raised youth development to a new height.Through the 70 years of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the 100-year historical development of the CPC,we can clearly see that the Party attaches importance to youth development,the evolution of the goals and qualities of youth development,and the continuous innovation and progress of youth development theory.General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward“six requirements”for youth development at the commemoration of the centennial of the May Fourth Movement,which not only meets the development requirements of the new era,but also further enriches the development requirements,development goals and development content of the“a new generation of young people”,and it also provided more ways and methods for cultivating“a new generation of young people”,who are responsible for national rejuvenation.
