不同原料单丝制经编盆底补片的力学性能及其动物试验

摘要 以不同原料的单丝,制备网孔形状相同的试样A(聚丙烯)、试样B(聚乳酸)两种补片用于盆底修复。通过测试补片的结构参数、力学性能,探究原料对补片性能的影响规律。单丝线密度和直径影响补片面密度及厚度明显,试样B面密度高达91.5 g/m^2。单丝性能决定补片整体强度及抗弯刚度,经编结构影响补片在横向及纵向的性能。试样植入动物体4周后,试样B试验组中出现2例伤口不良愈合现象,但补片面积较稳定(收缩率小于3.00%);相反,试样A试验组中动物恢复良好,但补片收缩明显(收缩率大于30.00%)。相同结构、不同原料组成的两种补片动物试验结果不同,原料的优化设计将有利于提高补片在临床上的使用效果。 Two kinds of meshes with the same pore shape but different monofilament composition,sample A(polypropylene)and sample B(polylactic acid),were fabricated for repairment of the pelvic floor.Influences of materials on mesh performance were explored by testing the structural parameters,mechanical properties of the mesh.The linear density and diameter of monofilament significantly affected mesh areal density and thickness,with the areal density of sample B reaching 91.5 g/m^2.Performance of monofilaments decided mesh strength and stiffness,and knit structure affected the performance in transverse and longitudinal direction of the mesh.After the samples were implanted into the experimental animals for 4 weeks,2 cases of poor wound healing were observed in sample B group,but mesh area remained stable with shrinkage rate less than 3.00%.On the contrary,all animals in sample A group recovered well,but mesh shrinkage rate was higher than 30.00%.Two kinds of meshes with the same knitted structure but different material composition showed different results in their animal experiment.Optimal design on forming materials would improve the clinical effect of the mesh.
