摘要
为确定防电弧织物性能对电弧防护值的影响及不同成分织物的性能优劣情况,并优化防电弧织物结构设计,选用14种防电弧织物进行性能测试,对织物性能和防护值进行偏相关分析,再利用聚类分析理论对各性能进行聚类分析,对各种防电弧织物性能做出综合评价。结果表明电弧防护性能与织物热防护性能、断裂强力及撕破强力相关性较大;以阻燃黏胶纤维为主成分的面料热学性能较好,以芳纶1313为主成分的面料力学性能较好。
In order to determine the influence of the performance of arc-proof fabric on the arc protection value and the performance of fabrics with different components,and optimize the structure design of arc-proof fabric,14 kinds of arc-proof fabrics were selected for the test of the performance.Partial correlation analysis was carried out on the fabric properties and its protective values.The clustering analysis theory was used to cluster the performance to make a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of various arc-proof fabrics.The results showed that the arc protection performance was related to the thermal protective performance,breaking strength and tear strength of the fabric.The thermal properties of the fabric with flame retardant viscose fiber as the main component were better.The mechanical properties of the fabric with aramid 1313 as the main component were better.
