洗涤和摩擦综合作用对阻燃织物热防护性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为分析洗涤和摩擦对阻燃织物热防护性能的影响,设计洗涤和摩擦两个因素单独作用和组合作用的试验,模拟服装穿着中常见的损耗情况,测量了不同处理条件下织物的厚度、面密度和热防护性能的变化。研究结果表明,织物热防护性能随着洗涤和摩擦次数的增加先增强后减弱,织物的面密度与热防护性能之间存在一定的正相关关系。更为重要的是,研究发现洗涤和摩擦组合作用时的不同交互作用方式对织物热防护性能的影响不同,这表明研究洗涤和摩擦对织物热防护性能的影响时若仅考虑单独作用存在一定局限性,应考虑两者间交互作用的影响。研究结论可为热防护服的实际使用和保养维护提供指导,同时也为阻燃织物的改性和研发提供科学依据和参考。 In order to analyze the effects of washing and friction on the thermal protective performance of flame-retardant fabrics,the common flame-retardant fabrics were treated with single washing or friction and their interactions for simulating the abrasion during daily wear.The changes of thickness,areal density and thermal protective performance of the fabrics were evaluated.The results showed that the thermal protective performance firstly increased after washing or friction,and then it decreased with the increasing of the numbers of washing or friction.Moreover,there was a positive correlation between the areal density and the thermal protective performance of fabrics.More importantly,the different interaction modes of the washing and friction showed the different effects on the thermal protective performance,which meant there were some limitations if only the individual effects were considered while the influences of washing and friction on fabrics were investigated,so the influences of the interaction of washing and friction should be considered.The findings provided guidance for the actual use and maintenance of protective clothing,and also provided scientific basis and reference for improvement and development of flame-retardant fabrics.
