摘要
以四羟甲基硫酸磷(THPS)和三聚氰胺(M)为原料合成磷氮协同的膨胀型阻燃剂三聚氰胺四羟甲基硫酸磷(MTHPS),并将还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)与MTHPS负载到棉织物上,利用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对负载棉织物进行表征,并利用热重分析(TGA)、极限氧指数(LOI)和垂直燃烧法研究负载棉织物的阻燃性能。RGO/MTHPS负载棉织物的红外及XPS光谱中均出现显著的磷硫吸收峰,其热失重结果呈现出更高的燃烧残渣率和更好的成炭效果,织物具有更优异的热稳定性。经测定,其极限氧指数为28.4%,垂直燃烧后的炭长为7.4 cm,续燃时间为4.2 s,阴燃时间为0.5 s,燃烧后形貌完整且具备一定的力学强度。
The phosphorus nitrogen synergistic intumescent flame retardant MTHPS was synthesized from tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)phosphonium sulfate(THPS)and melamine(M),and the reduced graphene oxide(RGO)and MTHPS were loaded on cotton fabrics.The loaded cotton fabrics were characterized by Flourier transformed infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The flame retardancy of the loaded cotton fabris was studied by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),limiting oxygen index(LOI)and vertical combustion.There were significant absorption peaks of phosphorus and sulfur in the infrared and XPS spectra of RGO/MTHPS loaded cotton fabrics.The thermogravimetry showed higher combustion residue rate and better charring effect,which made the fabric better thermal stability.The limiting oxygen index was 28.4%,and the length of the carbon rack after vertical combustion was 7.4 cm.The afterburning time was 4.2 s and the smoldering time was 0.5 s.After combustion,the morphology was complete with certain mechanical strength.
