摘要 阐述了郑州纺机工程技术有限公司设计的一种新型热风黏结机的关键机构设计原理及技术参数。烘房、进出口机架等均采用模块化设计,用户可根据需要合理选择。该热风黏结机工作幅宽为2500~3600 mm,出网速度最大可达120 m/min。风速、温度等工艺参数调节方便,可满足不同面密度产品的要求,且风速均匀,温度可实现沿纵向梯度调节,特别适合薄型热风非织造布的生产加工。 The design principle and parameters of the pivotal mechanism for a new hot through-air bonding equipment from Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Engineering&Technology Co.,Ltd.were described.The oven,import rack and export rack,etc.,were designed based on the modularization principle so that the users could choose reasonably according to their needs.The working width of the hot through-air bonding equipment was 2500~3600 mm,and the maximum speed of the webs could reach 120 m/min.The process parameters such as air velocity and air temperature could be adjusted to meet the requirement of different areal density of the hot through-air bonding nonwovens.Moreover,the air velocity was uniform,and the air temperature could be adjusted along longitudinal direction with gradient.The new hot through-air bonding equipment was especially suitable for the production of thin hot through-air bonding nonwovens.
