我国各地区水资源承载力差异研究 被引量:3

Study on the Difference of Water Resources Carrying Capacity in Various Regions of China

摘要 选取中国31个省市自治区2011年至2017年相关指标项数据,通过建立因子分析模型对各地区水资源承载能力进行综合评价,在此基础上根据提取的因子对各地区进行了K-Means聚类分析.结果表明:1)我国各省市水资源承载能力总体差异显著,广东、山东、江苏、四川承载能力较强,海南、青海、宁夏的承载能力较差.2)全国31个省市自治区划分为5类地区,各类地区的水资源总量和开发利用程度均不一样.建议各地区把经济发展和水资源的利用有效结合在一起,保证水资源的高效利用和经济的可持续发展. The paper selected related index data of China's 31 provinces,cities and autonomous regions from 2011 to 2017,and then established the factor analysis model to comprehensively evaluate the carrying capacity of water resources in various regions.According to the extracted factors,k-means clustering analysis was conducted for each region.The results show that:1)The total carrying capacity of water resources varies significantly among provinces and cities in China.Guangdong,Shandong,Jiangsu and Sichuan have strong carrying capacity,while Hainan,Qinghai and Ningxia have poor carrying capacity.2)China's 31 provinces and autonomous regions are divided into five categories.The total amount of water resources and the development and utilization of water resources in different areas are not the same.It is suggested that the economic development and the utilization of water resources should be effectively combined to ensure the efficient utilization of water resources and the sustainable development of the economy.
