摘要
针对官地选煤厂原煤中粉煤含量高,脱粉原煤不能全部回掺精煤产品的问题,提出了部分脱粉原煤回掺最终精煤的脱粉工艺,建立了高粉煤含量的原煤脱粉入洗模型,并结合选煤厂现有分选工艺进行了计算。结果表明,精煤发热量要求为6000 kcal/kg时,原煤采用6 mm脱粉工艺会导致精煤产率下降,脱粉方案不可行;采用3 mm脱粉工艺时最终精煤产率上升,且粉煤掺入比例为25%时,最终精煤产率最高为60.54%,比选前不脱粉工艺提高0.85%,脱粉方案可行。
In view of the high content of fines in the raw coal of Guandi coal preparation plant,the problem that the removed fines can not be fully blended with the clean coal products.A preparation pr-process model for the removal of fines from raw coal with large content of fines was established and calculated in combination with the process.It is found that when the calorific value of clean coal is 6000 kcal/kg,the yield of clean coal using 6 mm fines removal process will decrease,and this process is not feasible.However,the increase in the yield of clean coal is achieved by using the 3 mm fines removal process,and when the fines coal blending ratio is 25%,the clean coal yield is increased by 0.85%to 60.54%compared with the pre-selection non-powdering process,which means that the process is feasible.
