摘要
为了研究隧道式食品热泵干燥系统的热力学性能,对含糖75%、干基含水率1.01 kg/(kg干空气)的山楂饼热泵干燥系统的动态特性进行了测试,分析了干燥空气温度、相对湿度和空气流速等参数。结果表明:干燥室空气送风温度最高超过65℃,对应相对湿度不高于10%,平均送风风速大于2 m/s,干燥时间为120~130 min,整套系统的性能系数(COPw)在3.35~3.54之间,热泵系统的性能系数(COPhp)在4.06~4.12之间,除湿能耗比(SMER)在0.83~1.02 kg/(kW·h)之间。
In order to study the thermodynamic properties of the tunnel food heat pump drying system,the dynamic characteristics of the hawthorn cake heat pump drying system with 75%sugar and dry basis moisture content of 1.01 kg/(kg dry air)are tested.The parameters including the dry air temperature,relative humidity,and air velocity are analyzed.The results showed that the air supply temperature of the drying chamber is higher than 65℃,and the relative humidity was not higher than 10%with the average air velocity of greater than 2 m/s and the drying time of 120-130 min.The coefficient of performance(COPw)of the entire system is between 3.35 and 3.54.The coefficient of performance of the heat pump system(COPhp)is between 4.06 and 4.12,and the specific moisture extraction rates(SMER)is between 0.83 kg/(kW·h)and 1.02 kg/(kW·h).
