高校数字管理育人是高校管理育人的创新发展,是科学化管理育人场域的积极探索,是理性价值的指引贯穿。文章认为,高校数字管理育人的理念创新在于颗粒化、精细化、集约化、协调化、开放化。高校数字管理育人的价值定位是坚持原则定位、明确数字角色定位、立足功能定位、丰富内容定位和实现目标定位。高校数字管理育人的推进路径是优化高校数字管理配套机制、完善高校数字管理制度保障、搭建高校数字管理网络平台、加强高校数字管理开放合作和打造高校数字管理人才队伍。

Digital management education in colleges is the innovation and development of management education,the ac⁃tive exploration of scientific management education and the guide of rational value.The paper contends that the innova⁃tion of the concept of digital management education in colleges will be focused on the aspects of being granular,refined,intensive,coordinated and open.The value orientation of digital management education in colleges will have to adhere to principle orientation,clear digital role orientation,keep a foothold on function orientation,enrich content orientation and achieve goal orientation.The way to promote the education of digital management in colleges is to optimize the supporting mechanism of digital management,perfect the guarantee of digital management system,build the network platform of digi⁃tal management,strengthen the open cooperation of digital management,and build up the talent team of digital manage⁃ment.
