摘要
本文从实践场域——企业管理者、培育场域——教师、受教育者——学生三个维度对中职学校学生职业精神现状进行实证研究,在此基础上提出当前职业精神培育中产、教、学三方存在对职业精神的认知差异,缺乏匠心品质的矢志追求,当前职业精神培育体系尚未形成等问题,进而从社会、政府、企业、学校、个人层面提出培育职业精神的策略。
The paper makes an empirical study on the present situation of professional spirit of secondary vocational school students from three dimensions:practice field,cultivating field(enterprise managers),teachers and students.Based on the analysis,the author finds some problems in the cultivation of professional spirit such as the cognitive differ⁃ences of enterprises,teaching and learning,the lack of commitment to the quality of craftsmanship and the lack of the sys⁃tem,and then puts forward the strategies of cultivating professional spirit from the social,government,enterprise,school and individual levels.
