摘要
从LSCI师资培养模式理念出发,简述高职院校公共英语教师LCSI培养模式的理论意义和实际意义,然后从语言技能、专业培养、竞技活动和信息技术等四个方面阐述了LSCI模式的实施与初步成效,并提出合理安排项目频度、扩大覆盖面,关注有效性,提升课程思政能力等注意事项,对其他学院及教学团队的师资培养有一定的参考价值。
Starting from the concept of LSCI teacher training model,this paper briefly describes the theoretical and practical significance of the LCSI model of public English teachers in higher vocational colleges,and then expounds the implementation and preliminary results of the LSCI model from four aspects,finally puts forward some points for attention,which provides a certain reference for the training of teachers in other colleges and teaching teams.
