“准警务化”管理模式下高职学生自律意识培育路径探索——以浙江安防职业技术学院为例

Exploration on Cultivation Path of Higher Vocational Students’Self-discipline Consciousness under“Quasi Policing”Management Mode——Taking Zhejiang Institute of Security Technology as an Example

当前高职学生普遍存在自律意识薄弱的现象,加强对高职学生自律意识的培育势在必行。基于浙江安防职业技术学院“准警务化”模式存在的问题,探索在“准警务化”管理模式下高职学生自律意识的培育路径,提出:推进思政课程的创新与建设,发挥思政课堂主渠道作用;利用环境熏陶作用,开展“自律”文化校园建设;进一步完善“准警务化”管理模式,推动他律向自律转化;开展心理辅导和职业生涯规划,帮助大学生确立目标;教师以身作则,做好表率作用。“准警务化”管理,是培养高职学生自律意识的可行路径。

At present,there is a common phenomenon of weak self-discipline awareness among higher vocational college students.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the cultivation of self-discipline awareness for higher vocational students.Based on the problems existing in the“quasi policing”mode in Zhejiang Institute of Security Technology,this paper explores the cultivation paths of the students’self-discipline awareness under the“quasi policing”management mode,and puts forward the following suggestions:promoting the innovation and construction of ideological and political courses,playing the main channel role of ideological and political classes;using the influence of environment to carry out the construction of“self-discipline”cultural campus;further improving the“quasi policing”management;carrying out psychological counseling and career planning to help college students establish their goals;and the teachers should set an example.The“quasi policing”management is a feasible way to cultivate the students’self-discipline consciousness.
